Generations Tree Program

The Generations Tree Program is a cooperative program between the Springfield Parks Foundation and the Springfield Park District. It was created to provide an opportunity for individuals, families, businesses, and groups to establish a living, long-lasting, and beautiful tribute for someone they wish to honor.

Trees are a vital and valuable part of every park environment. These permanent and graceful fixtures make our parks more aesthetically pleasing as well as provide comfort and shade. A tree is not only a gift for today but also a lasting contribution to the beauty and variety of park landscaping.
